Enterprise clients served across Pakistan through the new portal

Overview

I was the sole UX/UI Designer in Multinet Pakistan’s internal IT team, working directly alongside a team of developers. With no dedicated design team and no existing design system, I owned the end-to-end design process — from research and personas, through wireframing, high-fidelity UI, usability testing and developer handoff.

Problem

Multinet Pakistan Ltd — one of Pakistan’s largest enterprise telecom providers — had no functional self-service portal for its 3,000+ enterprise clients. The only existing interface consisted of 1–2 legacy screens with no real functionality, leaving clients entirely dependent on email and phone calls to manage services, track complaints, and access billing.

Goal

Design a self-service platform that enables enterprise clients to independently manage their services, submit and track complaints, request new services, and access billing and rebate information through a seamless experience across both web and mobile platforms.
